Alexsis Pappas is a fitness professional, business leader, and boxing manager based in the Chicago area. She serves as a General Manager with Life Time Inc., bringing a professional background in fitness, personal training, leadership, and business operations.

A certified personal trainer, Pappas has built her career around health, fitness, and working directly with people to help them perform at a higher level. Her experience in the fitness industry, combined with her leadership and management background, has given her a unique perspective on athlete development both inside and outside of competition.

In boxing, Pappas serves as the manager of undefeated professional super middleweight Mario “HEMI” Herrera, overseeing the business and strategic side of his professional career. Her role includes career planning, fight opportunities, contract and business coordination, sponsorships, partnerships, media opportunities, and long-term brand development.

Pappas also serves as Co-Manager of Casa De Boxeo Management & Consulting LLC, where she is involved in the management, development, and business strategy surrounding athletes and opportunities within the boxing industry.

Her approach to management is centered on building sustainable careers—not simply securing the next opportunity. By combining her experience in fitness, business leadership, and athlete management, Pappas focuses on creating the structure necessary for athletes to develop professionally while protecting their long term interests and maximizing opportunities beyond competition.
